The room was dirty, smelled musty and half the plug-ins didn’t work. One of our boys used the hair dryer and there was no back on it and his finger was badly pinched on the fan blade.

Upon arrival, there was no one at concierge to give me the key package. Phone their emergency number and no one called back. Phoned their office, spoke with someone who said they would get right back to me and nothing. Had to book another hotel for the night and now will have to deal with Expedia ...
