"I love this hotel, been staying here for years! They have a couple Tesla superchargers so I was able to plug in overnight as well. The only thing I could use less of is the fragrance in the cleaning products or deodorizer used in the corridor, it’s quite strong. Outside of that, reasonably priced, I had a tv, microwave & frig as well as little coffee maker in my room… There’s a creek running through the property so lots of foliage etc making it even more peaceful. I wish I had some piX I didn’t think to take any."

"Staff was always very accommodating and pleasant. Property was clean and decently maintained, quiet despite being on a semi-busy road. Pet friendly, but I believe there's a pet deposit (we have a service dog, so if there is a fee it was waived). Pool was okay, Indoor, but fairly small and not heated (which is fine). There is a tiny hot tub, though. Rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine, and some pods were provided including a decaf, which was a nice surprise. Bed was pretty comfortable. AC could be a little overzealous at times. Complementary fruit infused water always available in the lobby, free coffee and tea in the morning. Breakfast is NOT complementary and for the prices they charge, the food really should have been better. I never got to try the Kitchen (the attached restaurant) because it always closed too early (we tend to eat dinner late). There's a good diner down the street, and a CVS, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Walmart within five minutes drive for anything you could possibly need. There's also a cute little park with a playground a couple blocks away. In conclusion: It's not perfect, but I would stay here again."

"We are in our 80s and the room we had reserved, with the larger King size bed, was on the second floor. There are no elevators so we ended up requesting a room on the first floor, which had a smaller bed. Not in any way a deal breaker, but it would have been nice if we had been offered a credit for the difference in cost. In all other respects, it was really nice. The second time we have stayed there. We often go to Palo Alto and this is easily the best value. We will definitely be back."

"The complimentary breakfast was very good and a definite plush. The room was very nice, although the street noise a little disturbing, a factor out of out of the hotel’s control. My main complaint was the softness of the mattress which prevented a good night’s sleep, since I have a bad back. For that reason, I will not be staying there again."
