So cute and sweet. Get the corner suite! It’s not much more and it’s worth it!! Breakfast is eh- we skipped it every morning but staff is incredible and the property has a great roof top lounge area and pool! After walking all the stairs from Long Beach days, we’d dip in the pool to cool off before going to our rooms. Amazing staff- everyone and everything was great! Excellent location!

It was conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of town center. They gave us an early check in and helped us out since we arrived early. They helped us books private cars and services , 5 star service. Thank you very much for making our stay amazing .

Pros: The pool/outdoor space was lovely, and our room was very clean and nice upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast offered many different options as well, which was lovely as a traveler from America. Cons: The hotel markets as offering laundry services, however it is 50 euro for a small bag. We were on a 2 week trip, so we had a lot of laundry and were shocked to find this out. We ended up spending over 100 euro on laundry. It would have been nice if they made that more obvious on the Expedia listing. Our room also became infested with ants and it took staff 2.5 hours to come and clean it up and they left live ants. We had to call them back again to spray. Very dissapointing.

It was a very dated property.You had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk to get the pool towels on the top floor . The main restaurant Mirage have extremely, so service, although all we did was order drinks... Staff was very very accommodating though

Vacation in paradise!

This was our first trip to Positano. The hotel, the staff and our room was beyond expectations. There are no words to describe the view from our private balcony. I highly recommend this hotel, absolutely AMAZING!
