"The restaurant/bar staff members in the open air restaurant/bar were fantastic ! The front desk staff was also very helpful, BUT I WAS APALLED THAT THEY ASKED FOR A TIP WHEN CHECKING OUT !!! After spending so much money with the hotel rates for 5 rooms, I find it insulting to get asked for a tip from the front desk staff. I travel a lot and this has never happened in 40+ yrs. !"

"This Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Everything was amazing. Beautiful pool, wonderful beach and gorgeous views. Beware the stairs. It’s a steep long climb from the lobby to the pool & beach but well worth it. (Do NOT forget anything if you’re headed to beach or pool because it will be tiring to go get it! lol) We cannot wait to return."

"Villa Rosa is a fantastic place to stay in Positano! The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was very clean, the bathroom amenities were great, and the view is unmatched. Their breakfast is amazing as well! It's only a short walk from the port as it is in a great central location. Definitely would recommend!"
