The bed in our room was lovely and comfortable.
Surface cleaning was good but the corners and windows were in dire need of a good clean.

Pedalos and canoes were available at no charge depending on the tide.

โDieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel auf Mauritius. Es ist in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt. Das Personal ist รคuรerst freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschรถnen Strand. Man kann sogar den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Essensauswahl im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Zum Frรผhstรผck gibt es jeden Tag einen anderen Smoothie und frisch gepresste Sรคfte. โTop Service, tolle Einrichtung, intime Atmosphรคre, demnach kein โPalastโ mit hunderten Zimmern. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr exquisit, keine Massenware vom Buffet mit Lebensmitteln im รberfluss. Hier kommt der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke sehr zum Vorschein.

Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und hatten wir in keiner anderen Unterkunft auf Mauritius vergleichbar (z.B. Waschmaschine, Waschmittel, Fรถhn). "I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."
