“The rooms and facilities were pretty tired and poor and need a lot of upgrading. The front desk staff was very friendly, but others in the restaurant were not. The beach is quite narrow and small. There arent enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. ”

“We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. ”

Pool was grea t Better communication around the restaurant availability. One night bar bites were not available and we could t get a dinner reservation. “We stayed for 3 nights. There was a little inconvenience for getting our room when we got there. But overall, we got a clean room, so we were happy for that reason. Beach was not swimmable during our stay, but the pools were opened. Staff are helpful during our stay. ”

“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre.
