“Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and spacious and parking was included which was really helpful. Only negative was air conditioner wasn’t fully working, even after having maintenance check on it.”

“We usually only leave positive reviews but we just couldn’t for this stay. 3 out of 4 front desk clerks were very unwelcoming. One had her head glued to computer monitor and never even made eye contact with us. The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing. The croissants and other pastries were stale. “There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back.”

“Facility was open 1 month. Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs. Overall a very good experience.”
