"I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO CONFIRM OUR REQUEST FOR 2 BEDS. I CALLED AND THE WOMAN CONFIRMED THAT THIS IS WHAT WE WOULD GET. WHEN WE ARRIVED AT 1 PM THE WOMEN AT THE DESK SAID THE ROOM WAS NOT READY. WE UNDERSTOOD THIS BUT WANTED TO PAY FOR IT IN ADVANCE AS WE HAD TO LEAVE BEFORE THE ROOM WAS READY TO GO TO UT'S GRADUATION. SHE SAID THIS WAS NOT ALLOWED, WHEN WE RETURNED, THE MAN AT THE DESK SAID THERE WERE NO MORE ROOMS WITH 2 BEDS AVAILABLE. HE SAID OUR CONFIRMATION WAS FROM...
