Absolutely stunning property. Water taxi is quick and easy into Positano. We loved being away from the touristy chaos. Praiano is an incredible, calm, gorgeous location. The resort is a true experience to explore - -beautiful crystal clear ocean, the most interesting caves and the winding staircase that runs the height of the hotel. We never had an issue with getting a chair, the ocean is refreshing and a fun experience to be able to jump in from the hotel’s dock! The concierge was very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp. We will be back!

It is genuinely difficult to put into words how incredible our experience was. My fiancé and I both agree this was, without question, the most exceptional hotel experience we have ever had. The attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve experienced. From arranging a boat ride and offering personal recommendations to anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, every detail was handled effortlessly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the beef carpaccio was one of the best things we ate during our entire trip, and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal. The pool, restaurant, bar, front desk, and housekeeping staff were all exceptional, and even the nightly turndown service felt incredibly thoughtful. I don’t think a single photo seen in reviews does this property any justice. There was truly never a missed “want” or “need.” There are beautiful hotels all over the world, but what made this one so special was the people and the feeling they created. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Five stars somehow doesn’t feel like enough. This hotel became such a memorable part of our trip, and we truly hope to return someday.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Tritone. Everything was exceptional, from the breathtaking location to the comfort and beauty of the hotel. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely cherish these memories and hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

What an amazing find. The hotel enjoys breathtaking views across the Amalfi Coast and is perfectly located, just a short distance from Positano and Amalfi. Both are easily reached by car or boat, making it an ideal base for exploring the coastline. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. From the warm welcome at reception to Rocco, who looked after us brilliantly in the restaurant, every member of the team made us feel genuinely valued. The sommelier was particularly impressive, having previously worked at a private members’ club in London. My advice is simple: leave the wine selection entirely to him. He introduced us to some outstanding local wines that we would never have chosen ourselves. The pool was immaculately maintained and offered spectacular panoramic views—arguably even better than the hotel’s beautiful private beach below. The dining experience strikes an excellent balance between the sophistication of restaurants at hotels such as Santa Caterina and Caruso, while retaining the warmth and relaxed atmosphere of dining within the hotel itself. Overall, this was a memorable stay and one I would highly recommend. 10/10.
