“Great staff. Clean. Only problem was the Resturant: the food was not good. They should explore a new option regarding the executive chef. Other than that we loved the hotel.”

“Unfortunately our room did not have a working shower in the middle of August heat. We notified the front desk immediately and were told the problem would be solved in the morning. It was never addressed, we were never provided with an update or option for another room. We had to pay for a local beach club on our own to shower. “We booked a room with a sea view and were not disappointed. We could enjoy dinner with a view of the sea in the evening, and the waiter were friendly and professional. The resort owners and the breakfast hall staff were professional and warm, and we will never forget them. The swimming pool was also beautiful and very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful hotel set amongst stunning gardens and offering fabulous views of both sea and countryside. The hotel is well placed to visit Mount Etna. Varied breakfast was fresh and well presented. Staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The king classic room we booked was much smaller than we’d expected so hotel kindly relocated us to a superior panoramic room which was lovely. All in all this was an oasis to end our two weeks touring Sicily. Loved it.”
