"Perfect location at La Barra. Spacious room size with lots of wardrobes and brand new towels, robes and sheets. Attentive and 24/7 staff. Wonderful food at breakfast, restaurant and room service. Beautiful bar. Great gym area and pool. My only suggestion is that the pool could be heated. Love it and hope to come back soon!"

"The staff is absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to help me. Not speaking Spanish was a little intimidating, but the staff here was bilingual and made me feel so comfortable and understood. The place is absolutely beautiful, and it was the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed on Earth, and I travel extensively. I’m so reluctant to leave. I wish I could stay here forever! Thank you for everything! ♥️"

"Very poorly maintained hotel. General smell of mildew. Cleanliness in public areas was awful. No attention to detail such as refinishing the bathroom wall where a plumbing connection had been changed. I had a completely broken closet door in my room and a constantly leaking hair conditioner dispenser in the shower, creating a slimy puddle. The water for the Jacuzzi was a little more than warm but not hot. Breakfast isn't served until 9:00 and the in-room coffee is instant. Would not reccomend."
