"My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing. "

"I will give this place a 2/5 stars overall, BUT that’s doesn’t mean I won’t stay here again. I loved the location downtown Denver, it was affordable, and check in/out was easy (self check in/out). We also loved its Victorian-like theme Things we didn’t like: I tried contacting the hotel staff via email and call, didn’t get an answer both times. Many of our windows wouldn’t completely close. The room had an A/C unit but did not work and the room got warm quick. (we stayed in March, I couldn’t imagine summer months). The room could’ve been a little cleaner. "

"Feathers kept coming out of the comforter. Didn't find a convenience store near by which we would have used otherwise didn't need to utilize any shopping in the area. Valets were very helpful with loading the vehicle also very caring and considerate."

"We had already paid and checked in when the staff handed us a paper saying that for 1 of the 2 days we would be staying at Sonesta Downtown Denver there would be no water or electricity. The helpful advice was if we needed water or electricity we should simply leave the hotel before 10am. NOT acceptable. Would not recommend. Do NOT stay here. "
