"We stayed 2 nights in this hotel; we usually stay in Hilton b/c of the consistency and standards, convenience etc. What I did not know from my booking is that they have timeshares here so our room was on the 2nd floor in a totally separate building from the office. The pool is not very convenient unless you are staying in the building nearby. They have a front desk staff and a concierge; the concierge basically talks you into going to a meeting for the timeshare in order to receive coupons/discounts for restaurants/activities nearby. We only had 2 days here so we declined; there was a bit of pressure. We were exhausted also, getting in from a long flight. The biggest complaint I have is no internet. We were told "internet was down" but should be back up soon. This never happened. The only internet we could get was when we left this particular location. Weirdly enough, we left on a Friday morning and had internet. Made me wonder if they shut it down during the week and reconnect for the weekend. IDK"
