“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Very noisy at night and early morning then requested a $250 bond (absolutely un heard of)”

“Best spot in Fitzroy !”

“Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer”

“This was a great place to stay and the location is perfect. Staff were very helpful and the food, wow one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time, I will definitely stay here again.”

“Great location, nice amenities, comfortable bedding. Need more attention to cleanliness. Overall experience was good.”

“An awesome new apartment. Very nice inside, great staff, great location. Highly recommended.”
