"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse was the lack of professionalism from both the front desk staff and the manager. Rather than apologizing for the apparent mistake or attempting to find a solution, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. At no point did anyone acknowledge the inconvenience they caused. I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply because I was understandably upset about being left without a room after making prior arrangements. Instead of showing empathy and customer service, the staff made an already frustrating situation much more unpleasant. This experience fell far below my expectations. I will not be returning to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to others based on the way I was treated. If I could give a zero star, I would."

"It’s not rated very well on this app I would definitely give it a 4 not an 8.5 if your looking at the ratings on this property do not look at what it’s rated because I don’t know how it ever got this rating! The staff is super nice and helpful but the place is ran down and the rooms smell horrible. Looks like a lot of shady stuff going on all around the place. But we never had any problems just was definitely not rated right. I will never go off of that again on Expedia. Do a better job at checking these ratings out Expedia before you post them! But if you don’t mind the smell or how the rooms look and the place being run down the prices were good. I’ll be sure and pay extra next time trust me. Should have expected that for the price but was strictly going off of Expedia ratings of the place!"

"I have to make a special commendation to MANAGER NICK, evening shift, who checked us in. We had a difficult & complicated problem related to an error that we made when doing the reservation on our cell phones. He worked with us PATIENTLY, making repeated phone calls to remedy our distress. He took lots of time and did not stop working on our behalf until it was all fixed. Nick and a super comfy room are two excellent reasons to use this hotel."
