The room was great. The kitchen was well stocked! The shower didn’t drain well but maintenance came and fixed it! The gym was ok a little lacking in space and weights but it was good for a vacation gym. Breakfast was good, happy to have a pancake machine and not the same waffles. We were very happy with our stay.

The stay was fine. I’ve been to other 3 start hotels which were nicer and cleaner. The room was nice with a separated kitchenette but I would like it to be a bit more cleaner with a better smell. I would probably look for a different hotel next time.

For a minimum 5 nights hotel, I'd expect they would send someone to clean at least once during our 8 nights stay. They only collected garbage. Besides that, the hotel delivers what it promises. The region was great, we could explore the area around, and visit the bigger cities by train.

Service and breakfast were excellent. Staff is pleasant and very helpful when you have a question or need something. Mixed reviews on the rooms and property. While generally clean, there are issues with run down furniture in both the lobby and rooms. Fixtures in the bathroom are old and rusted. Shower curtains ripped/worn with some obvious mold on the wall. Not all surfaces in room we're clean (top of safe had debris on it). The beds are surprisingly comfortable and linens fresh and clean. Fitness center and pool area are nice and the location on Route 1 is convenient.

Family visiting from out of town spent a week here. The pros -- nice outdoor pool with patio, umbrella tables and chairs, grills. Also an outdoor basketball court (though it could use some maintenance). Nice outdoor space to hang out. The cons -- we reserved a suite with two kings -- and were charged for that -- but ended up with a room with one king and one queen. Worse was a leak in one bedroom that left the carpet wet all week, and a general level of wear and tear throughout that suggests a remodel is way overdue. Kind of run down and distressed for the price and the location. Speaking to the front desk staff to address issues got a response of "you'll have to speak with the manager" -- but the manager seemed to be off duty all week. Disappointing experience overall. There are a lot of hotels around here -- next time we will stay somewhere else.
