“The lady serving the excellent breakfast did a great job, was so friendly, and was sweet with our children. This hotel is a great value and puts you close to the awesome Deep Creek area of the National Park! We certainly hope to come back again.”

“The only elevator was out of service so was ice maker on first floor. Only ice on third floor. Room needs upgrades. Toilets too low tile cracking. Cushion on bench peeling and small tv. Was clean and the was very helpful and nice.”

“This motel is in a great location for walking around Bryson City. The staff that we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our room was good with enough space to move around and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was relatively updated but kind of small and I can't imagine a larger person being able to get into the shower. And there was no way to just have the light on without the noisy fan. All in all though it was a good affordable place to stay while we explored the area.”

“I got checked in no running water at all room i way way outdated went to call front desk and no phone, the line to phone was cut in half the sinks were so cloged and gross and list goes on wouldn't recommend to anyone. ”

“Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. ”
