“We stayed at 1st floor for four nights. Room rates in Providenciales would be very high, but here was very reasonable. Friendly staff in front desk and beach. Breakfast was not bad, you never got boiled egg if enjoy late meal. One demerit was small ant in room, I claimed, housekeeper removed and gave bug spray. “Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service. ”

“The room was clean, however, the elevator was out of order. I had to lift bags up stairs and back down when checking in and out. I also feel that the property should invest in security on the premises, do that guests feel safe at all timee. ”

“Neptune Villas was an amazing place to stay in Turks and Caicos. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the whole area feels peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. Our villa had its own little pool, which was a great spot to relax after being out in the sun. The full kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to cook, and the extra amenities made our beach days so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a place I’d happily return to.”

“The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. ”
