"Arrived to a sign in reception saying it is not manned and to ring the bell. Someone came after a short wait and booked me in. I paid extra for breakfast and was told my room was upstairs with key in the door. 2 flights of stairs and the room was clean and tidy. "I stay here regularly for visits to our office, the location is moments from the A1 motorway with plenty of parking. Now that the restaurant is open there is a nice breakfast and lunch option. There is plenty of parking with many high power EV charging points. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable. If you need accommodation in the area I fully recommend it."

"Great Castle Hotel with nice courtyard and amazing breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. We stayed in a nice large suite with 2 stories, one for each bedroom and bathroom and kids absolutely loved it Not too many dining options late in the evening so need to drive out of Mondsee for that but otherwise decent restaurants just minutes away."

"Received an upgraded room, very large, bed was comfortable. Large jetted tub, although there is distance between the toilet and bedroom, there is no door. Service is excellent, supper was tasty, buffet breakfast is sufficient with breads, meats, cheese, cereals. Outdoor space is pretty with trees and outdoor lights for the evening. Minor issues: The gym is very small, does not function well. Coffee is not 24 hours a day as indicated so if you are an early morning person, you must wait to get it. A fine place to stay!"

It was really inconvenient to be in a different location from my friend, and required that I drive back and forth from Timelkam to Lenzing multiple times. As I was only informed the day before the stay was due to start, I had no option to cancel and rebook elsewhere as nothing else was available. In addition, the apartment was in a poor location, not of a good quality, and the kitchen crockery was incomplete. The hotel reception was very slow to respond to communication, and only available in the mornings. Do not stay here - very poor service."
