“They told me I didn't have a room and told me to go out. They couldn't even find my reservation. The 'hotels.com' said I had no problem at all. It's only a matter of hotel. This hotel doesn't have a conversation. They just told me to leave without any intention of solving my problem. You can be nervous ahead of your trip. Are you sure you should stay here?”

“Having arrived late and leaving early. I have to say the staff were welcoming and helpful upon arrival. A few little things to note.
Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, not helpful if your need to start your day any earlier.
Staying in room five (stables area). I found the room a little dated (older TV) but the plumbing noise from every time my neighbours washed their hands was very evident. It settled down once everyone went to bed for the evening.
Overall a comfortable and clean stay with...

“Failed to clean room
Staff rude to guest after over charging at bar.
Additional £40 charged to card which I will challenge.
No eggs for breakfast....
Stayed here many times in the past but need to clean up their act....”
