Amazing hacienda style place and great location

Amazing hacienda/ranch style hotel. Massive property with gardens, pool, trees, views of catedral and pyramid. It’s close to everything . There is an awe olaza across the street with amazing restaurants and coffee.

Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario.

Its a nice place lovely gardens however no AC no mosquito guards on windows so you cant open to get air flow, also beds are rock hard, it is close to zocalo and sites if they had a fan in room that would help.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro de Cholula, cerca de restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y sobretodo de la gran pirámide. En planta alta hay una terraza compartida con vista a la parte lateral de la Iglesia que está sobre la pirámide. El estacionamiento es amplio y hay un gran jardín. Mi habitación tuvo una gran área que incluye una sala de estar y está muy bien ambientada. Considero deben mejorar la ventilación, ya que no cuenta con ventanas y para el caso de la ducha sólo cuenta con un orificio pequeño para ventilación. La base de mi cama rechinaba. El medio es un tanto ruidos, ya que por las fiestas patronales hay muchos cuetones y repique de campanas, además muchos ladridos de perros.

Lo que no me gusto es que no tienen actualizado su base de datos de clientes que ya hicieron reservación y se tardaron muchoooo tiempo en poder hacer el chec in. Finalmente ni lo encontraron, además de que era personal con poca disposición a ayudar y muy novatos para el puesto de recepcionista. Instalaciones bien, limpieza regular

Muy buen servicio. Cómodo, sencillo, bien ubicado.

El hotel es sencillo, tranquilo y está bien ubicado. Tiene jardínes y áreas abiertas. Las habitaciones son grandes limpias y cuentan con los elementos esenciales para tener una estancia cómoda. No tienen, por el momento, restaurante, bar y otros servicios complementarios, pero se puede acceder a ellos caminando no más de 10 minutos. El servicio es muy bueno con amplia disponibilidad y amabilidad del personal.
