Staying at this location was the best choice, staff is extremally helpful, the place is clean, the included breakfast was delicious, if you need anything Walmart is at a walking distance, anything you need is near by. The room had a very nice TV. I would for sure go back again to this Hotel ! A !

It's a good choice for families or travelers looking to stay in the zone. The staff at check-in was friendly, and the reception desk always answered any question I had. The breakfast options were decent: coffee or tea, fruit or juice, and eggs or chilaquiles. The restaurant staff was always nice, especially when dealing with a large group during rush hour. While the hotel had a few signs of age —particularly in the rooms—it was clean and confortable.

The free breakfast is a very limited selection, and the buffet is only available for an extra cost. Our son was excited about a pool and a hot tub, but neither were very well kept, and the hot tub did not work. There was a bathtub which we wanted, but there was not enough hot water to actually have a hot bath. The beds and the room were nice, but not for what I paid, could have stayed at a hotel without a pool or hot tub at a much lower price as we could not use these here anyway. Of course, that is just one opinion out of how many that others that share their opinions as well.

Muy buen hotel. Súper ubicado en el área de angelopolis y con muchas cosas alrededor. El hotel no es nuevo pero se nota que dan mantenimiento continuo. Cuartos súper grandes y bien equipados. El desayuno es bueno, pero solo incluye huevos y chilaquiles (en porción pequeña, casi nada de pollo y no re sirven más). Si deseas buffet tiene costo extra

⭐️⭐️ Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Villa Florida Puebla fue bastante decepcionante. Al llegar hicimos nuestro check-in normalmente y nos asignaron una habitación. Al subir y entrar, nos llevamos una sorpresa muy desagradable: la habitación ya estaba ocupada y había maletas y pertenencias de otra persona. Nos parece una situación muy seria, ya que representa un problema de seguridad y privacidad. ¿Qué habría pasado si la persona hubiera estado dentro cuando entramos? Bajamos inmediatamente a recepción para reportarlo. Nos comentaron que la gerente se acercaría personalmente para hablar conmigo, conocer lo sucedido y ofrecer una disculpa, pero nunca se acercó ni se presentó. Como compensación nos ofrecieron cambiar el desayuno americano que teníamos incluido por un desayuno buffet, lo cual agradecemos como gesto; sin embargo, consideramos que el incidente fue bastante delicado. Además, el jacuzzi se percibe viejo y desgastado, y no transmite una sensación de limpieza y mantenimiento adecuada. Esperábamos una experiencia mucho mejor. Considero que un hotel debe poner especial atención en aspectos básicos como la seguridad, privacidad, limpieza y mantenimiento de sus instalaciones.
