It is not a luxury hotel, the bathrooms in the rooms are not very good, beer only 1 type 2X there is no other option, some food options around the pool when you ask they said that there was no more, in the buffet you almost had to beg for a steak, they served a lot of hamburgers, etc. The reception was a little slow to solve problems, there were endless lines. everything for children, the water park, the play area is for children over 4 years and 12 years old, My 3 year old son didn't have access to almost anything, I think the hotel had a lot of details and you pay a lot to have a good time and there are times when it's not worth it, my husband got very frustrated. I enjoy the pool, the ice cream area, good coffee in the lobby area, nice views from the rooms, and very good restaurants ( we love the Italian and the steakhouse), and the pizza next to the water park was very good. The spa was awesome and we received good attention from the people of Expedia and the waiters in the buffet, steakhouse etc.
