"The resort is amazing! Well taken care off and the staff was wonderful! Rooms were well maintained and very updated. The only issue we had was making dinner reservations. There's got to be an easier way to reserve a time and place without jumping through hoops."

"I love the room was spacious. The staff was always very helpful. Got reservations to al la carte restaurants upon check in without any issues. Lots of animals on the property. Beautiful property. The food was always good. Try the pastries at breakfast buffet, they are delicious."

"We chose this resort for a special family milestone and loved the beautiful location right on the beach in Rivera Maya. The size of the property was impressive, and the grounds were well-maintained. However, there is room for improvement in several areas: • Rooms: Our room felt strongly damp/humid, which made it uncomfortable. The towels provided in the room, pool, and beach were often discolored and damaged. • Minibar/Restocking: Coffee, soda, water, box of tissue and other items in the room were never restocked during our eight-night stay. • Staff: Service was very mixed. Many staff members, especially in the restaurants, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, several employees in the buffet area and café appeared annoyed when guests asked questions. Language was also a challenge — many staff had very basic English, which made communication difficult at times."

"I have stayed at this resort 4-5 times now. This time I felt the resort was not as clean as it should be. Especially the pools. I had a swim up room and I don’t think they once cleaned the pool or cleaned the trash off the sitting area. The food and beverages were ok. I would have to say everything was just ok, not impressive like I would expect for the $$. I didn’t complain to them though. I probably should have."

"Was our first time in Mexico and was a little underwhelmed. Felt that they just wanted you to upgrade and would make a commission if they got you to. Because when one of our family members said they weren’t interested in an upgraded room for extra price they shuffled her off to someone else and then talked to the next person in line instead of finishing the check in. Same with concierge help not available at the desk. The guest services over phone was more helpful. Kind of interesting at this resort they won’t let you order or eat by the pool, considering it’s a family friendly resort with kids who just want to swim and be by the pool. I’m just not sure I’d come stay here again."

"Everything was Great. All restaurants were great. The Grill for dinner and The lobster house for breakfast was my go to. There is a coffee house bar called Aroma which sold great matcha,coffee & gelato. The pools were nice and clean and The resort felt very safe."
