"어메니티가 떨어져도 필요한것 있냐고 묻기만하고 안가져다 줍니다. 청소도 안해놔서 수건, 비누도 없었는데 없었는데 컨시어지를 몇번을 갔다와도 줄께요~ 하면 끝. 통화도 안되고. 물도 없고. "

"숙소에서 제공하는 뷔페 음식들이 대체적으로 맛있고, 호텔도 깔끔하고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 화장실 물이 잘 내려가지 않고 오션뷰 방을 선택해 요금을 더 지불했는데, 바다 전망이 거의 보이지 않았습니다. 또한 주변에 볼거리가 거의 없었습니다."

"음식이 맛있고 여러가지 식당을 선택할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 체크인과 아웃도 친철하게 해 주었고 스파도 예약해서 잘 이용했습니다. 룸서비스는 테블렛을 이용해서 편리하게 잘 받았습니다. "

"이 리조트를 선택한 것에 대해 단 한 점의 후회도 없습니다. 시설 컨디션도 좋았고, 직원분들은 한 명도 빠짐없이 모두 다 친절했어요. 너무 기분좋은 휴가였고, 14시간+4시간의 비행을 감수하고 갈 가치가 있는 숙소였습니다. 정말 시간 가는게 아쉬웠어요. 또 가고 싶어요."

"AVA RESORT was truly massive and fantastic. The check-in lobby was so large that it couldn't be compared to any other hotel or resort, and the sea view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. I especially loved the hotel pool. Although I couldn’t use the extraction in the middle, I was able to enjoy activities in the pool with paddleboards and single paddle boats. There was a variety of restaurants and facilities, making the experience unique, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I booked through Hotels.com, and I was truly touched when they upgraded my room. I definitely want to visit again next time."
