“The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.”

“I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad”

“Had a great time here but had to leave unfortunately due to sargassum. They do not clean the beach here so there was a big build up and the smell was unpleasant. Cooper was very helpful staff member and eager to help. Room was chic and awesome, we took bikes out for the day which was lovely, and the hotel is in a great location. Loved our time here <3”
