"I usually love sending my friends and family here while they visit me however, this time I was terribly disappointed. We were declined another room when there was a large spider residing in the pillowcase. My visitors didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in that room. Although it has rustic charm, there are fairly large gaps and a hole in the front door, allowing critters to come in. After back-and-forth conversation with Hotel management, they would only give us a different room if we paid more...
