"I had a great stay at Mía Tulum Beach Resort. The resort was very clean throughout, including the rooms and showers, and the staff did an excellent job keeping the beach clear of sargassum. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I also really enjoyed the smaller, cozy atmosphere of the resort—it felt relaxing without being boring, with plenty to do nearby. Free self-parking was a big plus and made it easy to explore the area. The only minor downside is that some fixtures show wear from the beach environment and could use a bit more frequent maintenance. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely return."

"Room was immaculate, the property itself super beautiful & clean. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to make the best out of our stay. Restaurants were also very good , Jasmine & Grotto were my favorites. Highly recommend this resort & I will deff be back sometime in the future. "

"First solo trip and I’d do it over and over again at Copal Tulum the staff is so attentive the food was amazing the private cenote was beautiful. Not too far from the beach or attractions 10/10 "

"This jungle chic hotel, with its many quaint seating pods on the rooftops, made our stay very interesting. There were only two negatives to note. The music from the neighbouring hotel was far too loud during both the day and the evening. Unfortunately, the staff at Kanan increased the volume of their speakers to counteract the noise from next door, which only made the situation worse. Additionally, the price of cocktails was similar to central London, which came as a bit of a shock."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing. Ms.Betry at the front desk was so nice and sweet, she greeted us everyday she seen us and was so helpful in helping us find taxis at a add decent price. Or room was absolutely great and the view was even better! It was clean and cozy for us 2. We did opt out of housekeeping but we cleaned it ourselves daily. The daily included breakfast was great and the staff was great also! I would recommend this property over and over.. the location was great to be able to walk everywhere on the beach and on the strip street. Thanks COCO for the amazing stay!!"

"This hotel is absolutely stunning. Even though it feels like you are in the middle of the jungle, not one insect in our room. The cenote (natural pool) is breathtaking. They have free bikes to use and since the room is a beach town, it was walking distance to some of the most popular spots like Tantra Tulum Ilios the Greek restaurant, both are great scenes to party or enjoy company. The staff was spectacular and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will for sure be coming back."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every design detail was well thought out - rustic but elegant. The entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful. Swimming in the ocean was tough due to the amount of sargassum but the two pools were very clean and had stunning views. Though the weather was warm (last week of April) there was a breeze every single day which made it very comfortable - a very nice surprise. My favorite thing was how you felt you were staying in the jungle with beautiful lanterns lighting your way. Exceptional stay!"

"Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I wouldn't support this hotel or any affiliated hotels after my stay here. 5 stars hotel? No not at all. Imagine not sleeping your first night of traveling, because the jets were soo loud it sounded like they were draining the entire pool. I kindly asked them to turn off because of the sound, they stated that they do that at midnight. Midnight, 2am, 4am, 5am still on. I mentioned this to the front desk they had the maintenance team look at the issues. I didnt want to be the person constantly complaining however, there was no hot water in the shower. They came and "fixed", then I had about 2 mins of really hot water before it went extremely cold. Imagine washing your hair and having to finish that in freezing water. Lol I jumped in our room pool, that was also freezing. At the end of our stay, I was glad I was leaving. The beds are hard, there were many issues, and yeah the staff is friendly and super nice. Nothing to do with them, its about the amount of money you spend and not get a night's rest or a warm shower. I chose this hotel because it was away from the busy beach, I wanted rest. I didn't get that. At the end they wanted to give me 20% off my 1 tab of food and massage as a courtesy for my inconvenience. However I had to sign a letter saying I couldn't leave a review. I kindly declined because sharing this experience was more important to me. They dont deserve my business. And I would never go back."
