At first we were a little upset because when we checked in the decided to upgrade our 2 bedroom oceanfront rooms to VIP suites, this would have been fine but we were on a girls trip and each room needed to have two beds and the upgraded rooms were king size beds. They said that they had no other rooms available so we would have to take these rooms until they could get us put into new rooms the following day. We had paid extra for a birthday package so that was now going to be messed up in the rooms we were going to be moved to. We’re no longer the oceanfront rooms that we had paid extra for. With the Hotel staff, knowing that we were extremely upset and disappointed. They pulled a few strings and were actually able to get us into a villa and that was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond and we are so appreciative and grateful.

Bathroom of the rooms old, showers dirty. Hallways need paint and floors are damaged from lobby to all floors. Shampoo conditioner in bathroom are bad really bad. Not enough shower gel. Amenities for kids old, room for games closed and the mini golf closed too. The Mexican Restaurant really good especially for the people they have. We were with Urbano and we felt really special. Thank You!
