Happily, they make you shower before you go in to wash off and sunscreen and insect repellent to protect the ecosystem.

Gran Cenote is a short bike ride away from Tulum - it's so good to jump into the cool waters after pedalling over in the heat! Take a snorkel or hire one while you're there - it's worth it to see how far the cave goes on underneath the crystal clear water. There's some fish here too, and some Terrapins (at least I think that's what they are) and if you wander around you might see the peacock too

Swimming in the cenotes is a must when you're in Mexico. It was an unforgettable experience. We didn't have too much time to visit all of the cenotes so we settled on the Grand Cenote and it didn't disappoint! #AquaTrove

Beach front from any floor . Everything was absolutely amazing. Food was awesome. Activities were fun . Never a dull moment. I could do without the big tub on the balcony taking up 1/2 of the balcony space. Never used it as ur neighbor could lean over and look at you .

The Hotel was wonderful, great accommodations, excellent housekeeping and mini bar fill-up. The restaurants on the property were also excellent Great food great service. We will definitely go back. Less happy with the flights. We are not used to the ultra cheap flights and found the Flair return trip very much below our expectations as compared with Air Canada with whom we usually fly.
