“Our first time at the Valentin and it did not disappoint. We had a swim up suite and the room was amazing. Huge bathroom and shower. The bar staff at the pool were all great and very attentive. “Horrible experience! Staff at the front desk don’t give you much info! For example, the plastic free, therefore don’t expect your refrigerator to be stocked up with beer or soda cans. They leave you a plastic picture and expect you to fill up water at the fountains, which is not a big deal but hello at least leave some soda cans in the fridge. 2 hrs within I will check in. We decided to use the pool, we went to pick up towels and realized we didn’t have towel cards. We went back to the room only...
