Poorly cleaned

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight before reaching our final destination. I am glad it was just one night. There is nothing to do in Puerto princesa, the hotel is surrounded of hardware stores, nothing to eat outside. The room was poorly cleaned, it smelled like very old furniture and dust. The restroom was disgusting, I don't think it was cleaned in the last month. It was very untidy just to be nice. As far as the personnel, they are great, very nice and helpful ; but unfortunately, nice people only doesn't cut it to pay for this hotel. I would not book it again, nor advice to stay. We paid a little bit more for Hotel Centro in our other overnight stay, and the experience was a lot better.
