"The stay was very nice. The main challenge was the humidity in the room which high, therefore having to maintain the AC at 70°, which was a little too cold for us. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and very helpful with excursoins in and around Condado. "

"The grounds are beautiful and kept really well. The pool could have been a bit more clear. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to get to Old San Juan. Puerto Rican food is best outside of the hotel. I will definitely be back."
