โIt was very nice and clean and next to some great entertainment. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help accommodate. Check-in was pain free and checkout was even smoother. If I had to absolutely complain about something it would be the elevators are slow and thereโs only two of them. โ

โWhat an amazing stay!! I normally stay at La Concha hotel across the street but decided to switch it up this time while in Condado. Hector at the front desk was a great host. โIf you like the vibe old san juan and renaissance, this is hotel for you, walkable to all the restaurants and bars, would not recommend renting a car because parking in old san juan is difficult. Quiet and clean hotel. The AC is strong as well, good for summer.โ
