"Property was in a good area, close to wverything, well maintained. The communication was difficult and owners asked me to pay via venmo, paypal or zelle which felt very scammy. They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment. "The villa was very clean and quiet most of our visit. Amenities for the kids and a peaceful setting near the water. Weekends were busier and louder but that’s because each unit is situated close to the other. Friendly security staff and the hosts provided clear directions and assistance. "
