Room wasn't spotless . Staff were nice and friendly. Great foods though service was kind of slow. Beautiful place to stay and relax with the family.

Grand Park Royal Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive
The staff were polite and the room kept clean. The food at the buffet was good but the restaurants not as good. The resort could be an excellent one if they use cones to restrict deep coat swimming and at night to use lights for the beach for night swimming (weather permitting) and beach shows.
