"So clean and looked like new! I got a king suite and it was so spacious! Very friendly staff! Free Breakfast was good! Make your own waffles. Seating area to eat is beautiful with a big tv. Local to lots of things. View of Basket ball Hall of Fame right across the street. Indoor pool was very nice and clean. Plenty of seating. Only drawbacks were parking was very tight and noisy because it's near the highway. But it is Springfield so what do you want? Would definitely go back again! Price was really good for everything we got!"

"Extremely safe especially for a solo traveler. Food was out of this world!!!!! Room was extremely clean. My only suggestion would be to put lines in the parking lot. As there was a shopping event going on in town during my stay the hotel was extremely busy. I stayed at the country motor lodge which has no lines to park in so guests were parking every which way. Other than that it was GREAT!!!! Would definitely recommend."

"Pool was very very cold, so that was a dissappointment - had planned on a good swim for the kids before bed. One of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. Additionally, we got stuck between floors in the elevator after paying for a late check out - our card did not work in the elevator and it was before the new check out time.
