Perfect location for your visit!

Perfect locatoin for your visit at Perhentian Islands! Very clean, nice staff, good breakfast and lovely view looking over Long Beach. Wifi worked well and so did aircondition and water. Very very happy with our stay. Magical.

We paid quite a bit for this hotel. They have a very nonchalant attitude. Room was dusty, drawers had a layer of dirt in them. Refrigerators were not working. Shower was loose in the bathroom. They didn’t have enough towels for use. The staff are not efficient at cleaning the rooms. They actually lied to us saying they were cleaning our room and made us wait downstairs and when we went upstairs the room was not even touched. The breakfast was average. The dining stuff are very slow to take and deliver on orders. Long Beach is overcrowded.

Es un pena que los alojamientos de lo que podría ser un paraíso contribuyan a ensuciar el medio ambiente de una manera tan atroz. El uso de plásticos de un solo uso, la nula gestión de residuos y la poca empatía por lo que les rodea, hace que no sea un lugar en el que reflejarse. El hotel está bien pero es carísimo, más de 200€ la noche y sin desayuno.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado .El personal es muy agradable.La limpieza del hotel es normal.Es un hotel de playa,y aunque el personal se esfuerza,es muy notorio el desgaste al estar tan cerca del mar. El precio del hotel en temporada alta que es cuando fuimos nosotros,no se corresponde con la calidad ofrecida .Pagamos 195 euros la noche con desayuno incluido y vistas a la colina.Nos consta que es de las mejores opciones que pueden encontrarse en la isla,pero calidad precio no es una buena opción si pagas ese precio. Por otro lado,quería matizar que el juicio lo hago siendo española y quizás tengo integrado otro concepto a la asignación de estrellas a los hoteles.Quizàs personas de otra nacionalidad puedan dar una opinión diferente. El desayuno ofrece mucha comida asiática ,un rincón en vivo de huevos variados ,café,algún que otro dulce,tres tipos de pan que puedes tostar,mermelada,mantequilla....no está mal,pero faltaba mucha fruta .Solo pusieron sandía y quizás es algo que puede echarse en falta en un destino así. En resumidas cuentas...sólo recomendaría este hotel según fuese el precio.Al precio que he pagado yo,no volvería a repetir la estancia.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 5 jours, le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, nous avons eu une chambre vue sur forêt, mais cependant une certaine odeur de poubelles se dégageait… Malheureusement, l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale, entre le bruit des employés qui font le ménage et les autres clients qui claquent les portes, c’est assez dérangeant. Concernant le petit-déjeuner est varié entre sucré et salé mais il ne vaut absolument pas le prix demandé, je vous conseille de vous rendre sur les restaurants le long de la plage les prix y sont beaucoup plus abordables que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou bien dîner. Cependant, l’hôtel est bien desservi en bateau, le fait de disposer d’une piscine est également un avantage. L’hôtel est près de nombreux restaurants qui se trouvent le long de la plage.

Chambre pas très entretenu, il ne lave pas le sol. Il y avait tous les jours du sable dans la chambre et les draps sont pas changés. Piscine pas très propre. On m’a volé de l’argent dans mon sac ils ont fouillés dans mes effets personnels ils m’ont fait remplir un formulaire de réclamation, rien n’a été fait et aucun dédommagement fait. Service client à revoir !!! Le seul point positif est l’emplacement de l’hôtel c’est pour ça qu’il est beaucoup réservé reste très cher pour la qualité de service

Unterkunft ist weder einfach noch luxuriös. Sehr gut: Tauchschule. Gut: Minibar, Aussicht und Pool, Bademäntel. Verbesserungsfähig: Zustand der Duschen, Servicegedanken. Hauptproblem: Wir haben regelmäßig starken Abwassergeruch wahrgenommen, im Bad, im Zimmer, am Pool und bei den Liegen. Das empfinde ich persönlich als eklig.

Bel hôtel avec la piscine qui fait toute la différence. La seule sur l’île. Ne pas s’attendre à un standing d’un 4 étoiles français mais plus que bien cet hôtel a tout pour lui. Le personne est vraiment sympathique et toujours dispo. Seul le petit déjeuner était décevant. Sinon parfait vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés. Les chambres sont propres et le ménage y est fait tous les jours.

Creo que es la mejor opción en Perenthian Kecil, en la zona más animada, y con acceso directo desde el embarcadero. La habitación, no obstante, tenía un problema con el olor de las tuberías

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Desværre med skønhedsfejl

Flot arkitektonisk bygning. Fantastisk udsigt. Rigtig dejlig morgenmad. Dejlig stort værelse. Ikke eksisterende wifi og efter flere henvendelser dagligt opgav vi til sidst. Strømmen virkede ikke i køleskab og hel sikringsgruppe da vi flyttede ind. Der manglede også håndklæder og tandkrus. Saltvandspoolen der har en super beliggenhed med udsigt over stranden, fungerer som legerum for børnene under morgenmaden. Børnene indtager derfor maden i poolen hvilket kan ses på vandkvaliteten resten af dagen, selv om aften kan bunden ikke ses. Hvis værelsesdøren ikke lukkes hyler den. Flere gange var der døre der hylede i halve og hele timer uden reaktion fra receptionen der ligger lige ovenfor i hall'en. Udenfor ved de hyggelige solvogne lå der meget gammelt affald mellem stenene som man lå og kiggede på. Rammerne og potentialet for Mempi er enorme, det bliver desværre ikke udnyttet. Vær iøvrigt opmærksom på at medbringe kontanter. Der er ingen ATM og hotellet kan ikke være behjælpelig.

Sewer smell in the lobby and outside sitting area. Hotel food was not great. The location was beautiful, and incredible snorkelling right on the beach in front of the hotel.
