Super nice host and very responsive. Do yourself a favor and be in contact with them much sooner than when you get to the property itself. The issue is that there is a check in process and if you don't have good cell service (it's awful on the property) then you won't be able to pay on the spot and get the QR code which is basically an invite past security. The property was nice, it has a bunch of amenities but the unit we stayed in was a bit dated, it had older furniture etc and it looked like it was cleaned some time ago. The power was off when we arrived which was a bit concerning momentarily. Other than that, all good, thank you!

Rooms get hardly cleaned stayed there for 6 night and at a point you could smell the bathroom wasn’t freshened up. Food selection was good just for about an hour during an late lunch or early dinner you could only get fast food. Service as a whole was horrible people are rude and very unwilling to help, just dismissive. Would not stay there again ever.

The place was nice. However it is an a resort area. Therefore very excluded from local community and culture. If you plan to do excursions and they offer pick up, it is almost impossible for them to come pick you up (except for maybe monkeyland). I would recommend getting a car to get around. Check-in was not clear and had to wait 20-30 minutes outside of the hard rock sign for the host to provide a QR for check-in. Once I got there they told me I was suppose to have received an email beforehand for the QR which I did not receive. Other than that, I would say it’s quiet and secluded. Just very far from the entrance and will most likely uber and uber food.

Ce proche de tout mais l histoire de présenter un code QR avec identité c'était fatigant 5 gardien et un seul qui peut ouvrir la barrière, il laisse pas rentrer Uber car il done pas de tips au gardiens pour rentrer dans les secteurs, vue face su golf,beach club proche il demande 15$ us.par personne il est credited à l'intérieur en consommation de nourriture ou alcools, si vous dépassé, vous payez la différence ce bien et ça inclus les chaises avec parasol, à recommander le service est très bon même la nourriture est abordable c'est cana bay beach club.
