The staff at the Dream Flora was excellent. They made me feel welcome and very happy. Carlos the Dj was magnificent and so was one of the dancers, they call her la turka. Paola one of the waitresses was also very attentive. I also want to do a special shout out to one of the supervisors or customer services liaison El Chino. He made sure that our stayed at the resort was the best. In conclusion, me and my family are very happy and satisfied with the service tha hotel provided.

I thought we were in high season because it is last two weeks before kids back to school. But surprisingly the place is not over crowded and restaurants and services did not require long lines. It was very pleasant. It was the better experience than one that we stayed last year. Definitely recommend

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
My Rating: 3/5 Stars Dream Flora was just an okay stay for me with some definite ups and downs. On the positive side, the resort has beautiful scenery and flora that are perfect for pictures, and the pool water slides were really fun. Check-in itself was nice, except for the annoying people pushing false coupon advertisements right when you arrive—when you're tired, all you want to do is go to your room instead of listening to confusing sales pitches! The staff in general also felt super rushed, and the resort could definitely improve with happier, genuinely nicer workers. As for the downsides, the food was way too salty, the disco music was blindingly loud, and I even woke up to a roach in my room one morning, plus tons of mosquitoes on the balcony (they really need to put insect repellent plug-ins in the rooms). The absolute best part of the trip, though, was the beach entertainer! I don't remember his name, but he does the aerobics and gets everyone together for beach volleyball—he was awesome and made the trip fun.

My stay at Dreams Flora was absolutely amazing. Not only was establishment extremely clean, the layout and design was beautiful. A wonderful environment with even more wonderful staff. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. They made me feel like family and so comfortable during my stay. I’d like to especially mention a few staff members for going above and beyond for my family and I during our stay; special thanks to Oscarina & Stalin with entertainment, accommodation and hospitality and Felix for securing us the perfect excursions at great pricing and ensuring safety. They made my stay even more memorable than I could imagine. I would absolutely recommend booking here and would 10/10 do it again!
