Do Not Recommend โ Disrespectful and Discriminatory Experience
Our stay at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana was awful from start to finish. As an African-American family, we were treated with clear bias. Staff consistently prioritized Caucasian guests โ even walking past us multiple times to serve others. It was degrading and unacceptable.
$80 was stolen from our room, and instead of addressing it professionally, staff searched our belongings like we were the suspects.
Our first room was moldy, hot, and smelled terrible. The bedding and pillows were damp and musty. It took over 3 hours the next day just to get a new room.
The food? Horrible โ except for the Italian restaurant and iced coffee.
This resort has no hospitality, no respect, and no inclusiveness.
