It is really well maintained and the staff is super helpful and friendly. It is also a little bit isolated. This could be considered and advantage. The only minor complaint would be that about half the restaurants were closed and they opened them on a rotation. The resort was rather empty.

I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive resorts and this was the best one we’ve been too. It had all the amenities needed for the entire family from pools, swim up bars, water parks, lots of food options, and more! The beach was also beautiful. Highly recommend.

The best about this resort is the beach. It’s one of Dominican Republic’s best. If you like going to the beach above anything else, this is one of the best resorts to go. Food is ok. Room is good. Beverage are ok. Amenities are good. Staff is excellent. Property is not that big so is very walkable. Restaurants do not need reservations, so that is a plus.

The property was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The beach was nice and clean, no seaweed. I only wish the pools stayed open longer; they closed around 8p. Food was not personally to my liking, but there were several options to choose from.

We opted for preferred package and had a few hiccups our first couple of days with the premium drinks not available at the bars, but in the end they delivered to our satisfaction. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. There were many weddings during our stay. The one major thing that stood out to my husband and I was the staff! This is the main reason we changed out ratings to five (5 stars) - because of the STAFF (too numerous to name each)! They all work so hard to please their guests, and do it with a smile to make you feel special. One special shout out to Faustina who did such a beautiful job with our housekeeping. Our room was immaculate (building two) swim out suite.

Your child will love the lazy river and the fact that you can order food while in the water and have it sent to your chair poolside. All of the restaurants were great and the staff was very helpful and treated us like family. Don’t forget to tip them they probably are underpaid lol

6/10 – Good Hotel, but There Is Room for Improvement Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there are several things that definitely need improvement. From the moment we arrived, the bathroom sink and bathtub in our room were not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. The food was also not as good as we expected, and the pool in the premium room area was a little dirty as well. In my opinion, this is more of a 3 to 4-star hotel based on our experience. It has a lot of potential, especially because the staff is great, but they need to pay more attention to cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance. Overall, I would give our stay a 6/10. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there is definitely a lot they could improve.

We were preferred check in and out was a breeze. Main pool is smaller then I expected the lazy river was nice. The other pools there were 2 preferred and one quiet but all small. Entertainment staff was good music could of been more versatile not just Dominican music they should mix all music all day. The beach was just okay to the right and left were local beaches so odd to walk a few miles really congested. Food was decent at all the restaurants, the buffet was okay very small but had the essentials. The most thing that annoyed me was the vendors Dreams allowed on the property to set up it was nice to have but not when they are vendors that harass you as you walk by there should be rules in place by dreams. Service was great and property was clean. Room was spacious, clean, and modern.
