There are lots of options for food and outdoor areas (beach, "party pool", quieter pool, swings, etc.) Our guest experience specialist, Johanser Mazara, was very receptive and promptly actioned all of our requests. This was our 10th visit to Ocean El Faro. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious. All the staff are friendly and hard-working and the food is great. Coming back to this resort feels like home.
