Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.

Hotel was hard to find, wrong phone number listed on app. In a shady area definitely not somewhere to stay with a family or even your girlfriend, room had no hot water, no safe and tv didn’t work.

The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to locate, as it does not appear accurately on Uber or Google Maps, making arrival unnecessarily complicated. Based on these issues, this property cannot be recommended to travelers visiting Punta Cana.

Terrible el serviciosal cliente (recepcion) , fueron malisimo con la atencion que me brindaron en la sucursal 1 me querian cobrar dos veces el hospedaje el chico , ya que reservé para la sucursal numero 2 y la ubicación que tienen en las plataformas de reservacion es para la sucursal numero uno (son dos hoteles) por error de la ubicacion en la pagina de expedia el uber me llevo al hotel numero 1 , me trataron pésimo,no recomiendo este hotel por el mal servicios que me dieron. Ahora bien la chica de recepción del hotel numero dos me resolvió todo muy rápido.
