"The fridge in our room didn’t work at all. Room service takes over a hour so by the time you get the food you’re not even hungry no more or either fell asleep. Also when we booked the trip I let them know we were coming to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. I noticed the one door had a happy anniversary ribbon but we got nothing. The adults/unique pool is confusing cuz it says for adults and unique guest but really it’s only for unique so if u don’t have a color ribbon they kick u out that area without explaining that u must be a unique guest to use the adults only pool. The buffet at both places is horrible and if you can’t read Spanish you just kind guess what you’re eating. The shower in the room just leaves water all over the floor every time so be careful you don’t fall and break something. The room and grounds are beautiful. Some of the staff are nice and some act like they don’t want to help you so it’s 50/50. Would I pay this price to return again absolutely not! It’s not worth the money."
