This resort was absolutely beautiful! The staff were friendly and the food was good. The hotel overall was clean. I did have a few bugs in my room during my stay as well as my friend’s room. Overall, this was a great property to stay.

Roach in our blanket, no cold water in the pools and the drinks were watered down. Robin and Maria from the steak house and Japanese restaurants were the best part of the resort. I'll miss only them.

Elite club is a must if staying at this resort. Better alcohol, can get into restaurants without waiting, room has scent diffusers (people we talked to who didn’t have this in their room complained about the moldy smell), airport transfer included with elite club.

We had a wonderful time at Riu Palace Macao. We went on a girls trip, ages 25-27, and felt the resort was the perfect amount of relaxing & fun! Food at the resort was very good for all inclusive food. We enjoyed the steakhouse the most. The staff was wonderful & very accommodating. Robert at the front desk helped suprise our friend on her birthday with decorations in the room! The white party, discoteca & shows were all a blast in the evenings. We would return.

By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Love that everything was accessible. No need to take long walks to get from one spot to another. Very polite staff. Beautifully decorated. Food was amazing! The only thing that I dislike was that the gym had no air conditioner. I think it wasn’t working at the moment.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, and the entire property was clean and beautifully maintained. My room was comfortable, relaxing, and had everything I needed for a great stay. What really stood out was the overall atmosphere and the level of service. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some time away. Checked in the room smelled of mold, tv wouldn’t work and it was stuck in Spanish. Moved to another room the next day. I was with my wife but they moved us to a double bed unit? Staff was nice food was just okay I had better stays with riu in Cabo and Jamaica

Riu Macao was a perfect balance of fun and peace. Get a swim up since the pool closes WAY too early! Breakfast was okay, lunch not so good, and I recommend eating at the restaurants for dinner. We had Elite Club but found that most of the fun people were not in Elite Club and we barely used any of the extra benefits

Overall, I had an excellent experience. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was very well organized. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the swim-up pool bar, mainly because it was very crowded and the water was a little cloudy. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely come back
