“The experience at Hotel Gran Real Punta Cana II in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was disappointing. The hotel indicated that it had not received the reservation payment from Expedia, and staff stated that similar issues had affected other Expedia guests. The room was very basic and lacked adequate bed linens. The bathroom had no towel rack, no shower curtain, and no hot water. In addition, the hotel is located in an area that may not feel secure to some travelers. Its address is difficult to...

“Excellent”

“Todo hotel 5 estrellas”

“The rooms were clean but the beach was a nightmare! Don’t trust the pictures being shown on recent utube marketing scams for this property! The sargassum aka seaweed is terrible and not due to the currents and time of the year aka season. It’s Dreams Flora construction barriers in the ocean causing a dirty beach at the resort! Do not go to this resort! We had to walk down the beach in unsecured and unsafe areas to get to a clean 🏄 surf! Security advised this was a dangerous beach and we...

“Great place”

“As good as expected!”

“An outstanding stay! 🔝 From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice. A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with...

“We arrived late but were still able to check in without any issues, even though we were advised that check-in after 4 PM would be self-check-in. The complex is secure, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and living spaces were all clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The only thing I would have preferred was having the towels changed every two days. The listing states that towels are...
