"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either.     "This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you."
