La gentilezza di Claudio e sua moglie è stata molto apprezzata, sono delle brave persone che amano molto quello che fanno e si vede. Colazione molto buona: sono vegana e mi hanno riservato ciò che volevo mentre il mio fidanzato ha amato i pasticciotti che poi siamo andati a comprare 🤩 abbiamo seguito i loro consigli su mare e cibo e non abbiamo sbagliato un colpo....

"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. Amazing breakfast, great poolarea. The charge of the minibar at the bill of...

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
