"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We had a big group since we were celebrating a 40th and a 10th birthday party. Daniel at the pool bar and all our servers at the pool and restaurants were great. Always making sure we had drinks and food available. Our butlers were sahid and Gustavo and they again always made sure our reservations were ready every night and helped us with pool chairs everyday. We loved our time here and will be back "

"This resort is by far my favorite one in Playa Mujeres. Its modern design is very pleasing to the eye and it caters very well to both families and adults. The splash pad, family pool and the beach had excellent waiter service. Delicious food and service did not disappoint!"

"Came during low season beginning of September and the hotel felt empty which was great. There was still activities for kids and adults to join. The staff was very accommodating. The only 2 things we disliked were 1. hotels food/ although drinks were great. 2. Water smell was awful. Taking a shower didn’t make you feel fresh and clean because the water smelled like sewer. "

"At the arrival they gave us lowest floor corner ocean view room with one side facing construction area even the occupancy was probably less then 40%. First morning the construction noises woke us up at 7am so we ask if they can change our room and they did . We got the same room on the other side of the building one floor up. Rooms spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed and decorated. "
