"I had 2 ocean view suites.. both had so many ants... for the whole week.. the shower water was sometimes cold...also room service would not check and refull the fridges and all.. they would ask us to check. ..the restaurant food was ok not the best.. many servers had a bad attitude...and i did experience ..."
